The Dunvegan

The Dunvegan was built circa 1970 in the “Late International Style” and was one of Toronto’s first “purpose built” condominiums. Although the International Style is characterized by the mantra “Less is More” this old lobby was very fussy!

By replacing the 70’s terracotta tile with dark charcoal porcelain, changing outdated lighting with new pot lighting and rebuffing the existing wood work to bring back its luster, the lobby was ready for some contemporary furniture and artwork.
