Carlton St.

This Victorian home was given a modern update in the summer of 2010.

A contemporary loft feeling was achieved by removing the 2nd staircase that divided the kitchen from the living room/dining room.

We placed the dining room at the front of the house and divided the living space into a casual family room open to the kitchen. The existing back windows were painted black adding a great graphic element to the space.
